I bought these for my son - he had been talking about wanting some for a while.  He loved the pics and that is why we got them. His first impression wasn't great - he thought they were ugly. But he wore them that first day and really liked them. He said they are some of the most comfortable shoes and his friends like them.  For only $18.00 for the black ones size 11 - they are worth it. Under $20 for a pair of comfortable spring and lightweight shoes is great. His review is 5 stars for how great they feel and he wears them all the time now.
